Some weeks I get in a weird mind set and decide to go to the gym more than once. Strange right? Normally, I
drag myself head over to my gym on the way home from work which means I have to drive past my apartment. Now this is fine when I'm motivated but mostly, I scramble to think of "reasons"to stop at home. Today was one of those day. I drove past a parking spot right in front of my building and thought, "this is to good to pass up!" Good parking is hard to find during rush hour! I optimistically thought that I will just hang out for a while then push myself out the door to the gym. Didn't happen. Instead I found this awesome video on running. If I ever turned truly crazy and decided to run a marathon, this is exactly what would be going through my mind. Enjoy!
